"As a man who was still trying desperately to 'cure' his homosexuality because I had mistakenly believed that this was God's will for my life, spirit kept me from total despair... It is written in many various faiths, that the 'truth is eternal and the truth will set you free'. The truth did set me free. My freedom came when I embraced the wholeness of my being. It was then that I discovered the truth - being gay is a blessing. It is of God. All things are."
