Composer
Composer, lyricist, arranger, musical director and music producer, born in New Jersey. He often works together with his partner, director and writer Scott Wittman. In the record industry he has worked with Bette Midler, Rosemary Clooney, Nathan Lane and Barbra Streisand.
Mark wrote the Oscar-nominated song for the South Park movie, "Blame Canada"; he also wrote the music and lyrics for the hit Broadway musical Hairspray, based on the John Waters film.
