Gillian Rodgerson, was a member of The Body Politic collective, which produced Canada's most important gay publication, The Body Politic, where from 1981 to 1985 she worked as a writer and editor.

She moved to London, England in 1987 and worked at Gay Times magazine, edited the weekly newspaper Capital Gay. Gillian edited Diva magazine from 1997 until 2004, and was publisher of "Diva Books" from 2000-2004.

Gillian is now living in Toronto, where she is a freelance editor.
