Michelle Paquette is a City of Winnipeg transit driver; a transgender and community activist, she volunteers at the Rainbow Resource Centre supporting the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered community. Michelle is a coordinator of the Winnipeg Transgender Group, a volunteer organization of post-op and pre-op men and women that has been helping transgendered individuals, offering peer support and assistance for anyone who wishes to explore issues of sexual identity or transition in a non-judgmental environment.
