Cindy Clardy, from Southfield, Michigan, is a cost estimator at Ford Motor Co., and the external communications officer for Ford GLOBE (Gay, Lesbian or Bisexual Employees), the automaker's GLBT organization. She is also safety captain for Sirens Motorcycle Club, a women's biking club in southeast Michigan. She is active in Ford Gay, Lesbian or Bisexual Employees and writes many of their Web pages. She is a certified Ford diversity trainer.
