Steve Byckiewicz is the co-founder with Bob Macleod, in 1996, of the all-natural personal care products company "Kiss My Face".

Kiss My Face is the brainchid of two long-time vegetarians searching for healthy, body care products. Owner Robert McLeod is a native of Canada, naturalized US citizen in 2003, while New Jersey is the hometown for his lover and co-owner Steven Byckiewicz.

In the early 1980's, Robert and Steven loaded up their Volkswagen with organic squash and bars of olive oil soap imported from Greece and made their pilgrimage down to New York City in hopes that they would be well received by retailers. They received overwhelming support from retailers, and the company launched Kiss Organics, the planet's first facial care made exclusively with wild-crafted and organic ingredients.

Twenty years later, the line is sold in 19 countries, and the company is a respected leader in the natural foods industry. Today they are the largest importer of olive oil soap from Greece.

In 1996 they founded Kiss My Face, that produces all natural body care products for use from head to toe, using no animal ingredients or animal testing. Their line currently carries over 150 different products including bath products, sun care, skin care, deodorants, shaving creams and cosmetics. They have a children's line that is also all natural.

Kiss My Face was founded on a 200 acre organic farm in Garrison, in New York's beautiful Hudson River Valley and has been operating out of a converted barn and feed store ever since.
